mr. Cindy Koppens

Cindy Koppens (1983) studied Dutch Law at Tilburg University. During her studies she became interested in civil real estate law. In 2006 she was sworn in as a lawyer and as a lawyer she focused, among other things, on the civil real estate practice.

From 2010 she started working as a specialized construction law lawyer. She has gained more than 12 years of experience in litigation in construction law disputes, in particular at the Arbitration Board. In 2020 she completed the Grotius specialization course in real estate law cum laude.

In August 2022, Cindy was again sworn in as a lawyer. She has been working as a lawyer at Weebers Vastgoed Advocaten since September 2022. Within the team of Weebers Vastgoed Advocaten, Cindy focuses on civil law construction practice. With her extensive (procedural) experience in various construction law issues, her eye for detail and practical approach, Cindy knows how to optimally serve both contractors and clients.

Cindy is a member of the Construction Lawyers Association (VBR-A) and the Real Estate Lawyers Association (VVJ).

Cindy has registered the following legal areas in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar:

• Construction law

According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar the registration obliges her to obtain ten training credits per year in each of the registered legal areas.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys running and dancing. In addition, she is a loyal supporter along the hockey field when her children are playing games. She enjoys pleasant moments with family and friends, but also in peace with a good book.
