mr. Tessa de Mos

Tessa de Mos (1982) studied law in Tilburg and started her career in 2006 as a legal assistant at a medium-sized law firm in Brabant. She was subsequently sworn in as a lawyer at the beginning of 2008 and explained more about civil real estate law within a combined litigation and advisory practice. Tessa successfully completed the tenancy law specialist course in June 2013. As a result, Tessa is a member of the Association of Tenancy Lawyers (VHA) specialization association.

At Weebers Vastgoed Advocaten, Tessa will explain, among other things, the broad aspect of area development and, if necessary, will litigate.

Tessa writes them for the Bossche Balie Bulletin (BBOB), the professional journal for and by lawyers in the district of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

Tessa has registered the following areas of law in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar:

– Tenancy law

This registration obliges her to obtain ten training points each calendar year in each registered field of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar.
