Model agreements

Are you a regular client of our firm and are you asked to draw up a concept agreement for a sale/purchase, letting/leasing, development or cooperation?

We offer varying model contracts that we continuously update personally, using the newest legislation and jurisprudence, as well as the latest commercial developments that we perceive in the market. We can provide you with a fitting model, which you can adjust to the intended transaction yourself. After adjusting it, we will evaluate your definitive concept and provide it with our commentary, questions and additional text propositions.

For a concept agreement for a sale/purchase or letting/lease, we ask a fixed price of € 950.
